Part of the Dragon series, the 300H-VRC-S is a Countertop Rapid Cook Convection/Microwave Oven from Bizerba. This oven is designed to provide perfect rapid cooking. The exterior features a stainless-steel finish. The interior contains a mirror finish, which helps decrease grease from sticking to walls. The impingement air is variable and is supplied from the top portion of the oven. The catalytic converter will decrease the amount of grease laden vapors emanating from within. The Single Magnetron microwave features an antenna system.

The bake chamber is fully insulated to prevent the exterior area from warming up. There is a multi-language touch screen controller, which features a “favorites” menu. A cool down mode allows for quicker cleaning. This product features a storage capacity of 240 recipes, each with 5 steps. The cooking is ventless apart from raw fatty proteins.
